What happens next
- Our office calls you to confirm the time, during office hours (Mon–Fri 8–7).
- A technician comes to your home. The technician finds the problem and gives you a flat-rate quote. You accept it or decline it. No work starts until you say yes.
- The $99 is credited toward the repair when the repair is completed, and so is the $20 for each extra appliance. How our pricing works
