The technician finds the problem and gives you a flat-rate quote. You accept it or decline it. No work starts until you say yes.
After the visit
When the repair is completed, you get your invoice with the $99 trip fee, and any $20 extra-appliance fee, credited toward it.

What should I do if I smell gas near my stove or dryer?
Leave the house right away, and don’t turn appliances or lights on or off on the way out. Once you’re safely away, dial 911 or call Enbridge Gas’s 24-hour emergency line.

How do I get rid of an old appliance in Salt Lake City?
If the city picks up your trash, its Call 2 Haul service collects old appliances, fridges included. The city removes the coolant and recycles the metal. You get one bulky-item pickup a year, booked online or by phone. Take a fridge’s doors off, or tape or belt them shut, before you set it out.
