Who we are
This website is run by I Repair Heating and Air, Inc., doing business as Dash Services Appliance Repair ("Dash Appliance Service", "we", "us"). We repair household appliances in homes across Salt Lake County, Utah. You can reach us at (801) 751-4084.
What we collect
When you call us
We keep what you tell us, such as your name, phone number, address and the appliance, so we can book and carry out the repair.
When you book online
Our online booking calendar is provided by ServiceTitan. What you enter there goes into a ServiceTitan account we share with iRepair Heating & Air and Let's Fix Plumbing, and we use it to schedule your visit. ServiceTitan's own privacy policy also applies.
When you browse
We use Google Analytics to see how people use the site, such as which pages they visit and whether they tap the call or book buttons. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can block them in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Your browser also keeps a note of where your first visit came from: the website that referred you (its name only, such as google.com, never the page or what you searched for), the campaign tags in the link you arrived on, if any (for example utm_source or a Google Ads click ID), the page you first landed on and when. It sits in your browser's local storage and is not sent to us.
How we use it
- To answer you, book and carry out the repair, and follow up on it.
- To understand which pages, ads and websites bring us customers.
- To keep the site secure and free of abuse.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business: our scheduling system (ServiceTitan), our phone provider, Google Analytics, and Cloudflare, which hosts this site. They may use it only to provide their service to us. Booking details are also visible to iRepair Heating & Air and Let's Fix Plumbing, which share our scheduling account. We may also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you, to keep a record of the work we did, and to meet tax and other legal duties.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you give us, and this site uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No website or system is perfectly secure. If a security breach affects your information, we'll notify you as the law requires.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, call (801) 751-4084. Depending on where you live, state law may give you more rights over your information, and we'll honor them as the law requires. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act on a request.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Our site doesn't change what it does when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. We don't sell your information, and you can block Google Analytics cookies as described above.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
